The Delhi government joined hands with CallDoc to launch 24x7 free online medical consultation services to help the patients connect with the doctors remotely through the mobile application for their non-emergency medical needs. Several Doctors offered their services for free to provide hassle-free consultations to patients.
This was done to save the trouble of physical travel for regular OPD visits in these corona affected times. The doctors are those affiliated to Delhi Medical Council, as well as doctors from Delhi government's University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC).
CallDoc has a collaboration with Govt. of Goa in which over 300 Doctors of Goa serve patients free of cost answering their health queries instantly.
The Health Minister of Goa Mr. Vishwajit Rane himself announced the launch of this partnership & said- “Extremely happy to announce the launch of ‘CallDoc App’, a 24×7 excellent initiative which will bring healthcare closer to everyone’s doorstep in critical times like these.”
We have already served several patients of Goa through this initiative.
CallDoc has partnership with AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Rishikesh to provide medical assistance to patients. This services is highly sought after in the wake of the Coronavirus epidemic.
Through a Whatsapp Number provided by AIIMS Rishikesh the patients can seek appropriate counseling by writing or video message to the doctor by telling them about their health-related problems.
This facility gives people from Uttarakhand and western Uttar Pradesh direct access to more than 300 doctors of AIIMS Rishikes.
All India Panchayat Parishad (AIPP) is a Govt. recognized autonomous apex Federation of Panchayati Raj Institutions, addressing the issues of rural India. These could be related to agriculture, health, education, natural resource management and unemployment.
CallDoc tied up with AIPP to provide the online medical consultation service to all its memebers.

CallDoc partnered with The Dental Surgeons Association of India (DSAI), along with the Anti-Corona Task Force to provide consultation to the people on various dental health related concerns.
Many Doctors from DSAI have vouluteered to help patients in the difficult hours of epidemic so as to get them the necessary treament as much as possible from their homes.
This service helps to maintain that the public do not rush unnecessarily to a clinic or a hospital and therefore come in contact with other patients.
Voice of CA, a voluntary organization created with the objective of bringing CA fraternity together, has joined hands with CallDoc. This alliance is meant to bring two organizations together for providing high quality health care to over 50,000 VOICE of CA members.
Under this alliance CallDoc will provide 24x7 consultation, discount in consultation fees along with several other benefits like discounts on medicines & pathology services to all the prestigious members of VOICE OF CA. There are also COVID-19 test which can be easily booked through the app itself.
